Our town brush site will be open beginning Friday, April 24, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

Open Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Sundays from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

WEEKENDS OPEN

Starting the weekend of April 24, 25, and 26

  • EVERY WEEKEND IN MAY

  • June 12, 13 and 14

  • June 26, 27 and 28

  • July 10, 11 and 12

  • July 24, 25 and 26

  • August 7, 8 and 9

  • August 21, 22 and 23

  • September 4, 5, and 6

  • September 18, 19, and 20

  • EVERY WEEKEND IN OCTOBER

  • OPEN IN NOVEMBER until snow covered or deer hunting season

The Arbor Vitae Brush Site is located on Schuman Road. Pine needles, leaves and branches no more than 3" in diameter will be accepted. A brush site permit is necessary and available at the Town Office. A new permit is not necessary each year. We will also accept recycling. We have a bin for glass, plastic, tin, aluminum and another for paper, cardboard and magazines.
